Often in the past, when I felt down or had some trouble, I imagined my older, wiser self standing next to me helping me out and telling me that everything will be fine. After some time I always think back to these moments, knowing how it turned out and imagining my older self helping my younger self in this desperate situation. And somehow it always worked to comfort me! ☺️⠀
