Ingredients;
✨1/4 Greek yogurt (I use plain 19g high protein Greek yogurt from )
✨1/4 high protein milk (I use 2% with 18g protein)
✨1 scoop of protein powder (I use ‘s vanilla milkshake or cinnamon roll flavours 🤤 DC: AMELIAN30 for 30% off)
✨1 egg
✨1/2 cup flour
✨1 tsp baking soda
✨1 tsp cinnamon
✨1/5 water
1. Mix all ingredients together (you can separate wet and dry mixtures then mix the wet into the dry, but mixing them together the lazy way also turned out good 😂)
2. Pan fry them! Apply a bit of oil or butter if needed.
3. Add your favourite toppings 😋 my recent faves are nut & seed butter with sliced bananas and a drizzle of maple syrup 🤤
