With wedding season round the corner, this is a question I’m getting a lot at the moment. Trials for bridesmaids are not essential by any means. However, if you have anyone in your bridal party who is on the more fussy side or nervous having someone else do their makeup, I would suggest booking them in for a trial for their own peace of mind.

If you opt to just go ahead with makeup on the day, I’d recommend that bridesmaids have a reference photo picked out ready to show your makeup artist, this saves alot of back and forth between the bride, bridesmaid and MUA and helps the wedding morning run smoothly!✨
