This month is a reminder that struggles are real, healing takes time, and no one should feel ashamed for what they carry silently. Your journey doesn’t have to look perfect to be meaningful. 🤍
Mental health is something I’ve quietly battled for a long time; anxiety, depression, pressure, burnout, and feeling like my identity was tied to softball and performance.
Over time, I’ve learned that healing isn’t always linear. Some days feel strong, some feel heavy, and some feel like starting over. But through every season, I’ve learned that my worth is not defined by what I achieve, how I perform, or what others think of me (which can feel like a constant battle as an athlete)
I’m learning to love myself for who I am beyond the game, and I’ve found so much peace in understanding Jesus’ unconditional love and grace, even in my weakest moments.
I’m emotional writing this and looking back on how far I’ve come. I’m so grateful for the experiences that have shaped me into who I am today. This is just a small glimpse of my story, and I hope to be able to share it more fully with you all one day <3

From the thrill of game-winning hits to the resilience forged through tough losses, each moment has contributed to my growth as a person.
