[ENG] Honestly, it’d be easier to list what didn't happen here. What a ride! And it wasn’t just checking off boxes – it was flow. And 'flow' is the word of the day because it’s basically cousins with 'Aloha.' We had it all: Aloha spirit, Hula, Siva Afi, and 'Chee Hoo!' echoing around every corner. But we also had the Krakowiak (at least one!), the traditional Polish bread and salt, some golf... I’m getting tired just listing it all.
As for the fire – just see for yourselves. When I asked how they learned to do that, they told me their mom used to dip their feet in Hawaiian volcanoes when they were kids. My mom just put my feet in a bowl of warm water after a day of sledding, so I guess that explains my different set of talents. That 'American chill' isn’t a myth—it’s a fact. And the best part? We’re definitely catching that same vibe here in Poland more and more.

We might have lower rates than influencers, but we’re also scandal-free — unless you count the fact that this wedding was scandalously good. In that case, I plead guilty.

I didn't really believe it until my foot touched the deck of Condor Airline's aircraft. Fast forward a dozen hours, chilling by the taco truck, an old beat-up truck with a bunch of Mexicans pulls up next to the store. They all hop off, heading towards the shop, while the red-and-blue lights of passing police pickups sketch out a kinda ominous scene. A friendly Mexican dude calls me by name. I walk over to him, weaving through happily wandering packs of stray dogs. They're there. My first true tacos. I take a bite. Alright. I'm actually here.
Eleven days later, boarding the plane back to Poland, I already knew I'd be back sooner or sooner. And not just for 11 days, but for longer. The food, the people, the chill vibe, the Caribbean sea, dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, coconut water, colorful skulls at the markets, roofs in restaurants made of corrugated iron, half-liter cola in glass bottles, '70s American cars, palm trees, sand, grey pelicans. I could go on like this til tomorrow.
Sometimes it happens that you don't dream, but it just hits you. That's what happened. Also, in terms of the wedding, because Charlie and Cody are real cool people, and their crew is something else. Another wedding where you feel like a legit guest.
And you, Mexico, get ready because I'll be back. Something of me stayed there. I'll be back, if not for the wedding, then with the family, and we'll stay a bit longer. I'll be back, and I promise. Prometo.
