Peter Chong founded Deployant with 2 other close friends in 2014 and runs the site as Managing Director and Chief Photographer.

Since February we have been proudly carrying forward with the tradition and passion of ALPA which over 26 years had been forged by Ms Ursula Capaul and Mr Thomas Weber.
