FĂĽr die FĂĽllung:
300-350 gramm Rinderhackfleisch
1 groĂźe Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 1/2 EL Tomatenmark
100 ml Wasser
Petersilie
Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver
Zubereitung
1. Die EiweiĂźe in eine groĂźe SchĂĽssel geben.
2. Milch, Ă–l, lauwarmes Wasser, Hefe, Salz und Zucker hinzufĂĽgen und gut verrĂĽhren.
3. Nach und nach das Mehl dazugeben. Ab etwa 5,5 Gläsern Mehl langsam weiterarbeiten und die Konsistenz kontrollieren..
4. Den Teig abdecken und gehen lassen, bis er deutlich aufgegangen ist.
5. Kleine Stücke vom Teig nehmen, flach drücken und mit Füllung füllen. Danach zu Brötchen formen.
6. Die Poğaça auf ein Backblech legen.
7. Eigelb mit etwas Öl verrühren und die Brötchen damit bestreichen.
9. Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei ca. 180 °C backen, bis sie goldbraun sind.
1. die Pogaca aus dem Ofen holen, nasse KĂĽchtĂĽcher drauf verteilen und mit einem grossen KĂĽchentuch abdecken. So werden die Pogaca super Weich! Das ist die beste Variante vertraut mir
