Trois jours hors du temps, où j’ai pu rencontrer des athlètes de Haut Niveau, échanger avec des champions passionnés et apprendre les uns des autres.
Cette année, le thème « La performance: à tout prix? » tombait vraiment au moment où j’en avais le plus besoin.
Entre temps sportifs, d’inspiration et d’ateliers, j’ai senti qu’il était essentiel de me reconnecter à mon corps et à ma tête. J’ai compris que performer ne se limite pas à se dépasser ou à obtenir des résultats: il s’agit surtout de rester fidèle à soi et de savoir ce que l’on veut vraiment.
J’ai été touchée par snowboardeur, double champion du monde et médaillé olympique. Il a partagé les défis et les rebonds de sa carrière, des expériences et des moments de doute dans lesquels il est facile de se retrouver.
Et paracycliste et championne olympique, nous a raconté son parcours, ses combats et sa façon de rester alignée avec elle-même pour performer.
Mickael Romezy - nous a fait vivre l’atelier « l’action types »: se regarder sans filtre et mieux comprendre qui l’on est vraiment.
Ces moments m’ont permis de me rapprocher des athlètes: cyclistes, judokates, nageurs… J’ai senti leur force, et leur persévérance dans leurs histoires.
Et puis ce bain de mer à 7h avec … Je ne l’oublierai jamais. Le froid, la respiration, le lâcher-prise… un vrai défi pour moi. Je t’ai autant détestée que remerciée.
Un immense merci à tous les athlètes, aux champions, aux intervenants, aux membres du staff &, aux partenaires de l’événement et à la pour l’invitation, et merci aussi à moi-même, pour avoir osé rester ouverte, vulnérable et prête à grandir.
Aujourd’hui, je repars avec une seule envie: avancer, grandir et profiter pleinement de ma passion, sans jamais me perdre en route.
