I’m finally able to lift almost as much as I was before the lockdowns. I took the longest time off the gym that I have since I was 15 but now I’m getting back to where I was 2 months after being back at it.
It was extremely frustrating feeling defeated by light weights. But if you’re consistent with training, it doesn’t take too long to see progress. Just make sure you stick with it and progress will be the all the motivation you need.
