Started with the Prawn Taco โ crispy tempura prawns in a hard-shell taco with pineapple salsa, sour cream, and sriracha aioli. That sweet-spicy combo hit different.
Then came the Gold Cheese Brioche โ soft buttery brioche, melted mozzarella, garlic, and a rich Parmesan cheese sauce. Simple but dangerously good.
For mains, the Lamb Shank was the star of the table. Slow-braised, fall-off-the-bone tender, over delicate fettuccine with sauteed spinach and fire-roasted vegetables, finished with a deep smoky glaze. This one alone is worth the visit.
Beef Filet Mignon was next โ prime grilled beef with a cracked black pepper reduction, seasonal vegetables, and silky creamed spinach. Perfectly executed.
Ended on the Blazing Ranch Pizza โ hearth-baked smoked chicken, premium cheeses on a piquant ranch base, topped with peppery rocket leaves. A strong finish.
