I ran steeple with last 3 laps closing in 3:33, I ran 1km in the 2k steeple in 2:57, closed a 5k in 2:53. The prep season for 2025 went very well, despite my huge problem with bicarb, and then 11-day long crazy sickness, I never gave up and came back with a European Champs Qualifier and top 25 in the world.

Finally won my first National Title in the steeple (9:32)

Olympic Games -13th place (9:16 - broke 18-year old NR & 9:21)
I wanted to run one more 1500m but I cut my foot terribly at a beach in Sardinia.
Ran the most miles with my sister and my partner Ben!
In the preparation cycle, I ran the same mileage, did the same weight routine, was able to do about 8 double threshold sessions, ran workout PBs 400m in 60s, 1k 2:49, 6k -20:35.
Besides all of that, I do much more than just running:
I organize 5 running events per year
I time tens of endurance races
I coach a few athletes
I sell planners
I train dogs
I worked on a yard (23 tons of dirt was brought in)
I garden
I am also working on a HUGE PROJECT that will help Polish endurance athletes (stay tuned)

I have good and bad days. Running gives me more than the highest highs, it gives me the lowest lows and days where I am too tired to walk my dogs. It also makes me feel powerful. Running has thought me that commitment, hard work and healthy, happy environment lead to success.
I know a lot of you there are in environments that don’t serve you. Therefore I will repeat it again, “if you question something for a while, do something about it.”

Even though the first km was under 3min and I was last in the pack, I kept on fighting to place as high as I could. I came in ranked 19th and left as a 13 fastest steeplechaser in the World.
The ultimate goal was the final, and I did it. Thanks so my awesome team and supporters.
