Я склонна к сильным отекам, соответсвенно после кесарева я очень сильно отекла (выкладывала рилс про это в ленте), поэтому через 3 дня после родов я видела такую картинку на весах всего в -3 кг, так вес зафиксировался примерно на неделю.
Через неделю после родов каждый день начало уходить по 1-1,5 кг, это было легко и быстро, но примерно к 3 недели вес встал — и стоял примерно до 3-4 месяцев на одной границе

Тут главное терпение. Но даже мне, как тренеру с большим стажем в прошлом, эта мысль не давала покоя, потому что в моих планах на вернуть форму было заложено 2-3 месяца
Я подключала спорт, лимфодриннаж, чистое питание.
Но чудо произошло как только я закончила гв
Все вокруг твердят о том, что на гв вес улетает, даже в соотношении с огромным аппетитом мам, энергозатратность намного выше и на гв все худеют
Так вот, это не так
Если быть точнее — это не так для всех
Как только я закончила гв — я начала видеть результаты. С учетом того, что питание даже стало хуже и спорта намногооо меньше из-за нехватки времени, но факт остается фактом
Поэтому, это все настолько индивидуально🙌🏼
Желаю всем вернуть себя после родов не только физически, но и ментально🤍

* Колики и газики.
Ну это просто боль всех новоиспеченных матерей, просто в какой мере это проявится, зависит только он ребенка🫠 У нас началось все веселье спустя 1,5 недели, кому - то везёт больше и все это приходит к месяцу, а то и двум. В моем случае было веселее от того, что я только-только отошла от кс и сразу же начались колики. Я не знаю когда это закончится, но сейчас та самая стадия - выйти в окно😂
* Путаем день и ночь.
Это вторая весомая причина моего дергающегося глаза😂 мы путаем тайминг, если днем мы ещё можем поспать за раз часика 1,5 — ночью с 12 до 6 утра у нас ни в одном глазу🫠✊🏼
* Боль от ГВ и сложность с ним.
Молозиво у меня пришло на 4 день после кс, к 2 неделям было уже ужасно больно его прикладывать, потому что все было «раскусано в кровь». Сейчас же, я уже приноровилась и боли почти нет (если только он не захватывает в порыве злости😁)
* Беспомощность при криках. Иногда ты уже просто не знаешь чем емк помочь, а малыш все плачет. В такие моменты ты и не знаешь что сделать, лишь бы облегчить ему страдания.
