I like to remind myself that i was a whole ass QUEEN 👑 before them, and still am after them. What they “took” was my energy.

I realized recently how terrified I was to set boundaries with people because of the guilt of upsetting them (people pleasing 101)
I did not like facing this truth.
So I made it a MISSION to change this, worked with my therapist to make a plan, and got to work!! 💪🏼
I lost friends,
I upset family members,
and dang was it an uncomfortable habit to change.
suddenly MY SELF WORTH skyrocketed!! 🚀
I have boundaries now.
And can happily remove people from my life who don’t respect them or me.
