Nonetheless, I couldn’t be any happier with the results. If you saw our other video, you’ll know that we weren’t able to completely remove some of the soffits, so I had to get creative and make them look architecturally intentional. But I think the ceiling turned out even more beautiful—and definitely more interesting—than if we’d had a tabula rasa.

Here is the den and bar area. A game table in the dining nook flips to reveal a poker table and bumper pool, perfect for entertaining the extended family. We were able to salvage the Chesterfield sofas and recover them in a butter soft Maharam leather. Everything else was new. And so fun to find. 🤗⠀📸
