Nel 2019 feci una piacevole intervista con, nella quale, dopo aver discusso per un po’ della mia attività musicale, ci prendemmo anche del tempo per parlare della sfera “off stage”, partendo dagli hobby per proseguire con aneddoti, sogni, obiettivi ecc.
“Sono una grande appassionata di Serie TV, per chi ancora non lo sapesse”, ed ovviamente a questa mia dichiarazione seguì la domanda “allora dicci, qual è la tua serie preferita?”, alla quale ho risposto chiedendo di poter fare una top 3 (quattro ahah): non in ordine, Twin Peaks, Sons of Anarchy e Lost, con Dark come jolly (di cui però ero ancora in attesa che venisse rilasciata la stagione finale).
La cosa mi fa abbastanza sorridere: dovessi rispondere oggi a questa domanda, nonostante le decine di altre serie TV che ho visto e recuperato, non solo posso riconfermare Dark tra le mie preferite, ma anche gli altri tre show (ed ancora non so decidermi su quale meriti il primo posto 😅)!
Analizzando questi 7 anni ho più volte cambiato abitudini, aspetti caratteriali (e per certi versi meno male ahah), gusti in materia di cibo e abbigliamento… Ma guai a toccarmi dischi, film, serie TV e libri: una volta raggiunto quel posto sul podio, e di conseguenza nel mio cuore, non c’è modo di essere scacciati via 🔝.
Saranno anche solo “banali” note, dialoghi recitati o frasi stampate frutto della fantasia di qualcun’altro… Ma dicono qualcosa di te, in cui ti riconosci e puoi definirti.
E va benissimo così 🤍

when the guy in charge of the creative process asked me to sing on this album I wasn’t ready to listen to such great and powerful tunes and I couldn’t say nothing less that “YES, ABSOLUTELY!! I’M IN!!” 🤩
It will be the first full lenght where I sing in since 2022 and I can’t wait to listen to the final result and see it released: I’m not planning to start a new band (not yet), but, trust me, this work will be surprising!!

Riscoprire il piacere di entrare in libreria e perdere le mezz’ore tra uno scaffale e l’altro, aprendo un libro alla volta e leggendone le trame, selezionando con cura quello più affine al mood del momento (impossibile sceglierne solo uno!) e aggiungere gli altri in wishlist… Mi ha fatto tornare un po’ indietro nel tempo, quando con la mia migliore amica dell’epoca ci scambiavamo idee ed opinioni sulla prossima lettura da fare ed uscivamo dalla libreria con tomi fantasy di N pagine che infilavamo A PUGNI dentro la borsa 😅
Ad oggi il genere fantasy non lo seguo più (giunta a Tolkien, tutto il resto mi sembrava sciatto e scopiazzato), preferendogli il filone giallo/thriller e vari scrittori giapponesi della narrativa contemporanea, ma essere riuscita a ritrovare il desiderio di trascorrere del tempo libero immersa in questa semplice attività è stato davvero rigenerante.
Poterlo fare su una spiaggia deserta un pomeriggio di fine gennaio con una temperatura simil-primaverile? Meraviglia assoluta 💛
