Te recomiendo practicar la articulación del movimiento de flexión a extensión tanto de tobillo como de metatarsos, es un ir y volver a relevé de manera muuuy consciente y deliberada.
A mí y a mis alumnas nos sirve practicar waves de pies para entrenar estos apoyos y mejorar el balance, pero eso quizá vaya en otro video.

qué maravilla cuando el arte te abre una ventana del mundo... conocí de casualidad a esta mujer y fue todo curiosidad, su obra toda es un torbellino creativo, imposible no indagar en sus cuentos, sus pinturas, su vida, su feminismo naturalísimo.
Tiempo después, caminando por el Paseo de la Reforma en Ciudad de México, me topé —sin buscarla pero deseándola mucho— con una de sus esculturas más bellas, Cocodrilo. Yo venía de ver cocodrilos reales en Tampico por primera vez en la vida. Ese cruce tuvo el colmo de la casualidad/destino: el sabor de lo sorpresivo que no sorprende porque es completamente natural.
