500 gr de molida de pollo de
1 cdta de paprika
1 cdta de sal
1/2 cdta de cebolla en polvo
Salsa roja casera o de bote
Queso rallado
Lechuga picada
Salsa Valentina
4 tortillas (yo usé de masa madre)
1. Preparar el pollo mezclándolo con la paprika, sal y cebolla.
2. Poner un poco encima de una tortilla.
3. Poner la tortilla en un sartén engrasado, voltearla para cocinar el pollo.
4. Una vez cocido agregar salsa caliente, queso, lechuga y salsa.

680 gr de papas cambray
1 vasito de queso cottage 110 g
1/4 taza Valentina
1/4 taza de mayonesa
1 limón
1 cdta de consomé de pollo
Sal
1 cda de perejil picado
1 cdta de peperoncino
1. Hervir las papas en agua con sal.
2. Preparar la salsa licuando el queso, salsa, limón, mayonesa, consomé y sal.
3. Escurrir las papas, cortar en dos y pasar a un sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva.
4. Agregar la salsa y dejar que caliente para que se sazone bien.
5. Decorar con perejil y peperoncino.
