・抹茶 小さじ1
・水 300ml

2.水をいれ粉が溶けるまで泡立て器でよくかきまぜる
3.粉がとけてから鍋を火にかけ3分まぜる。しっかりとろみがついたらタッパーにいれ冷蔵庫で数時間冷やす
4.しっかり固まったら食べやすい大きさに切り、きな粉をかける
