【自律神経を整えるセルフケア】
・規則正しい生活習慣
日中と夜間で自律神経が入れ替わるので、自律神経の乱れを修復するためにも不規則な食事や睡眠で負担をかけないことが大切です。
・朝食が自律神経の切り替わりスイッチ
朝食をとることで交感神経へと切り替わり、脳へのエネルギー補給にもなるので集中力もアップします。
よく噛んで食べると消化・吸収をスムーズにするので消化管の負担を減らし活動を活発にします。
・腸内環境を整える

きのこは食物繊維やビタミンD以外に、ビタミンB群やカリウムなども含んでいます。
調理ポイント
① きのこは洗わない
水溶性のビタミンは洗うと外へ溶け出してしまう可能性があります。
また、水洗いすると風味が落ちてしまうので濡れたキッチンペーパーなどでふき取りましょう。
② 煮汁ごと食べる
スープやあんかけにすると水に溶けだした栄養を逃さず効率的に摂取できます。
③ 保存する時は冷凍で！
長期で保存する時は冷凍保存がおすすめです。１ヶ月を目安に使い切りましょう。
④ カルシウムと一緒に摂ろう
ビタミンDは小腸からカルシウムの吸収をサポートします。乳製品や大豆・小魚などと一緒に食べるのがおすすめです！

今回は骨密度測定の方法について動画でご紹介します。
・YAM（若年成人の平均骨密度を100%とした基準で、現在の骨密度の強さをパーセンテージで示す指標です）
・AGE（同じ年齢の平均骨密度を100％として比較した値です）
YAMが70％を下回ってしまうと骨粗鬆症のリスクが高いので注意が必要です。
骨密度は20代をピークに下がっていくので、運動と食事で骨密度の維持を意識しましょう！

冷房が効いた部屋で長時間過ごしたり、冷たい物の食べ過ぎが原因で身体を冷やしてしまい、内臓が冷えることで頭痛や倦怠感、食欲不振などの症状に繋がります。
冷房が効きすぎている部屋では上着の１枚持っておくことや、冷たいものを食べたら温かいものも意識して食べるようにしましょう！
生姜やみょうがは過熱することで身体を温める効果がさらにアップします。
