Part of the building is set into the earth, which helps protect it from the heat. Traditional desert architecture but with a bold, contemporary expression. The whole place feels incredibly peaceful, with gentle fountains and swaying palms, the atmosphere was so pleasant I didn’t want to leave.
This time around, we didn’t even make it inside, we were simply passing by and couldn’t resist stopping. I already know I want to come back for a proper, unhurried day at the museum, to discover everything at my own pace. And then, I’ll share more 🧡
