At Rokutsuki in Asakusabashi, their bowl of special ramen comes with 3 slices of pork from different cuts. Pork shoulder, thigh, and belly, each cooked differently in a way that compliments each cut best. Their ramen egg was rather special as it had a distinct smoky flavor to it. People who love having different textures and flavors in one big dish, this one's for you!
