Afgelopen woensdag was ik in Tilburg voor een trainingssessie, waar ik kennismaakte met het sterke team van Sardari. Voor onze sessie samen begon, mocht ik zelf ook even afzien tijdens wat grondwerk. Het gaf me nog meer inzicht om gerichter te kunnen werken, maar vooral ook nog meer respect voor de sport, de atleet en de mens achter de vechter: Agy.
Het herinnerde me er opnieuw aan dat de besten in hun vak niet geobsedeerd zijn door winnen. Ze zijn geobsedeerd door verbeteren. Every. Single. Day. En winnen wordt vaak het gevolg daarvan.
