The NFC North Champion Chicago Bears host the Green Bay Packers tonight at Soldier Field and this week's pizza is inspired the classic Wisconsin supper club experience, specifically the Saturday night prime rib special.
My pizza version starts out with a layer of shredded mozzarella and is topped with sous vide and seared prime rib, dollops of creamy mashed potatoes, brocollini tossed olive oil and lemon juice, and I fitting broke out my cheese grated for even more shredded mozzarella.
After a quick bake in my Arc XL, the pizza is finished a supper club relish tray relish made of olives and a mix of pickled and fresh veggies, horseradish cream sauce, and fresh chives.
And this Saturday night special is just that..
Special.
It encapsulates all that's amazing about a supper club. The rich beefy prime rib pairs perfectly with the potatoes and brocolini, while the relish and horseradish cream help balance it all out. I of course washed it down with a Brandy Old Fashioned.
Normally, my slogan is " no matter if they win or lose, atleast the pizza was good" 🤷
That doesn't apply tonght.

This season has been too fun, too amazing and too special to end tonight.
