Mejanya kita bikin custom pakai multiplek ukuran 18mm dan dilapisi HPL seperti kitchen set kita😍🫶🏼
Untuk engsel pegas nya atau hidraulik kita pakai merk baleno dengan panjang 59cm dan untuk berat 60kg ya. Kenapa kita pilih ini? Karena sebelumnya sudah pernah pasang dari merk lain tp tidak cukup untuk jendela kami yg berukuran 2meter ini. Disclaimer budget ini untuk rumah tahun 2023 di daerah Kabupaten Bandung, dengan kondisi membongkar rumah bekas dan dibangun kembali dan dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan dengan ukuran tanah 14x14 meter kami bangun 153m2. (belum termasuk harga tanah ya hanya bangunan saja!)
Untuk anggaran budget kami di 4,5juta per meter2 sudah include jasa arsitek dan kontraktor (sbg pengawas). Sudah ada aquarium dan juga kolam ikan:D Gimana kalo menurut kalian? Budget sekitar 700jutaan ini kalo menurut kami sangat worth it dengan hasilnya🥰
