I’ve stepped away for a while... leaning into a season of transition. Home now stretches across both Texas & Colorado, two places that hold pieces of my heart. I’m so grateful to be closer to both sides of family, to gather more often, & to share in everyday moments that matter most. It’s taken time to transition but now that we have, I can discover the goodness of Hill Country.
This new season feels different... slower, deeper, & rooted in trust. I know with confidence that God is
guiding each step.
At the same time, the adventure isn’t over, it’s just taking on new meaning. There is still so much to explore, so much beauty to witness, & so much of God to discover in it all.
Here’s to this new chapter... one of faith, presence, & living fully right where He has placed me.

reactions often rule, choosing to leap with integrity, kindness, patience, and self-control is both rare and powerful. We have the chance to rise above the current of culture and live in a way that brings peace and goodness into the lives around us. Love instead of hate, patience instead of frustration, gentleness instead of harshness.
Maybe everyone should learn the fruits of the Spirit.

As I edited this image from a couple years past & titled it I sat reflecting on the title & on my things.
My realization is this:
Like the resounding call of a bull elk across the
September wilderness, we too carry a heavenly echo when we stand with Jesus.
It is not an echo of pride or power for ourselves, but one rooted in love that is patient, kind, and enduring. In Him, our boldness resounds with the voice of heaven, carrying truth and grace into a broken world.
I’m never shy about my faith but I do struggle with being bold. Now just might be the time for me to step fully into that calling. To let the heavenly echo ring through my life without hesitation, trusting God to use it for His glory.
