🥪Partiamo subito forte con l’Einstein: il loro pezzo iconico. È enorme, sì, ma la cosa che mi ha colpito davvero è che ogni ingrediente si sente chiaramente, niente si perde… ed è raro quando c’è così tanto dentro.
🥪Poi siamo passati al Master con battuta di fassona: qui il twist sono le mele e il loro ‘bacio accademico’, una salsa alle nocciole e miele che crea un contrasto interessante con la carne e la burrata. Un mix che funziona senza essere scontato.
🥪Ultimo assaggio, un fuori menù dello chef: salmone affumicato con salsa vegana mango, zenzero e curry. Ha quella nota fresca e speziata che cambia completamente il morso.
💡In generale, panini grandi sì, ma pensati bene. Se cercate qualcosa di diverso dal solito, questo posto merita decisamente una tappa.
