🇲🇩 Willkommen in Transnistrien bzw. Pridnestrowien. Ein schmaler, separatistisch verwalteter Landstreifen im Osten Moldaus, der sich als eigener Staat versteht, aber international nicht anerkannt wird.
🕰️ Die Hauptstadt Tiraspol wirkt wie aus einer anderen Zeit: sowjetische Symbole, Lenin-Statuen, alte Wolgas, Panzer und sogar eine eigene Währung prägen das Stadtbild.
⁉️ Aber wie kommt man eigentlich da hin?
🚌 Von Chișinău, der Hauptstadt Moldawiens, ging es für mich mit dem Bus Richtung Tiraspol. Feste Fahrpläne? Eher schwierig. Am Busbahnhof einfach nach dem Schild „Tiraspol“ an den Bussen Ausschau halten.
🚍 Die Fahrt hat ca. 2,80 € gekostet und dauerte 1,5 Stunden bis zur Grenze. Kleiner Tipp: Die Busse fahren erst los, sobald sie voll sind – und voll bedeutet hier wirklich voll.
📌 An der Grenze müssen alle aussteigen und den Reisepass vorzeigen. Ich habe dort eine kleine Migration Card/Einreiseerlaubnis bekommen, die ab meinem Besuch 12 Stunden gültig war.
😍 Alles fühlte sich ein bisschen skurril und surreal an und vor allem ganz anders als alles, was ich bisher gesehen habe. Gerade deshalb war der Ausflug für mich etwas ganz Besonderes und definitiv eine richtig spannende Erfahrung.
