Client’s brief: To redesign the Indian Hotels Company Limited’s offices at Oxford House, Colaba.
The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) appointed ABM to redesign their new workspace at Oxford House in Colaba. The brief called for identifying key design elements from their existing offices and thoughtfully adapting them to the new setting. While the visual language remains consistent with their corporate identity, every element has been customized to suit the scale and character of the space.
To meet the client’s requirements, the planning approach mirrors the layout of their current office: larger cabins along the periphery, centrally placed workstations, and a series of meeting rooms and telephone booths. The artwork program is fully customized, showcasing architectural landmarks of Mumbai.

Part of the larger master plan, the Club is envisioned as a recreational hub for the planned neighbourhood. Designed to support both championship-level sports and everyday leisure, it brings together spaces for fitness, hobbies, wellness, dining, and social gatherings. The project creates a vibrant community destination, balancing performance, relaxation, and celebration within a cohesive architectural setting.
Envisioned as a commercial development within a larger residential master plan in Noida, the project optimizes site potential while remaining contextually sensitive. The design preserves the privacy of the service apartments while positioning the commercial frontage for maximum visibility. The program includes 200 apartments, two 350-pax banquet halls, a swimming pool, a fine-dining restaurant, and a business centre. The façade responds to Noida’s climate with curved exterior walls that invite natural light, diffuse harsh sun, reduce heat gain, and create a climate-responsive architectural identity.
A workplace reimagined in Gurugram - where an existing office building evolves to meet global standards of wellbeing, flexibility, and collaboration. Designed for a leading conglomerate, the proposal upgrades the interiors to foster healthier, more adaptive work environments, while a unified façade system ties the building together with a cohesive, contemporary identity.
