Last back double bicep post I made I said I was going to hit 195 by the end of July.
I’ve been holding 196 for the past few days and we tipped 197 today… already im focused on 200.
The point here is don’t forget to take in and appreciate the small wins. I had honestly forgotten that just a few weeks ago the goal was 195. Small changes over time add up to big improvements.
My diet is stable. We just increased calories again and I haven’t felt this healthy in over 1.5years. I’m starting to realize that once you create some balance it is much easier and less straining to achieve new goals.
