Yine de, minarenin gövdesindeki geometrik desenler ve Kufi yazı şeridi, o dönemin ihtişamını hala yansıtmaktadır.
5. Sadece Bir Minare Değil, Bir "Külliye"
Bugün sadece minare ve önündeki cami ayakta olsa da, aslında Yivli Minare bir külliyenin parçasıydı. Bu külliye içinde; cami, medrese, mektep, hamam ve türbeler bulunuyordu. Zamanla bu yapıların çoğu yıkılmıştır. Bu durum, minarenin sadece bir ibadethanenin değil, bir sosyal ve eğitim kompleksinin merkezi olduğunu gösterir.
