そのためにまずはしっかり頭の中で完成系を作ってから。
でも実際に作ってみたら想像以上に重かったり、途中で飽きてしまう味だったり。
なかなかうまくいかなくて、そのままお蔵入りになった商品も数知れず。
反対に一回で決まる商品もあったりして。
もちろん味だけでなく、毎日の営業の中で無理なく作り続けられるかどうかも大切なポイントです。
