2tbsp oil
1/2tbsp mustard seeds
1chopped onion
1/2chopped potato
Handful pf green peas and peanuts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2tspn red chilli powder
150gm of organic red poha
Half lemon juice
Garnish it with chopped coriander
Enjoy poha with masala chai!
Definitely a healthier choice over white poha!

Kinda a like simple version of bakalava,this dessert is perfect for celebrating special occasions❤️
Ingredients
1 pack filo pastry
1 can condensed milk
300 ml double cream
1/2 cup melted butter
Chopped pistachio almonds and rose petals
Method
Turn on the oven to 180 degree C
1.Fold the filo pastry (as shown in reels) and place in your choosen baking dish
2.Pour/brush the filo pastry with the melted butter
3.bake in the oven for 35 mins till golden brown
4.Remove from the oven and pour over the condensed milk and the double milk
5.Bake again for 10 mins
6.Garnish with chopped pistachios,almond and rose petals
