I was truly honored to compete at the U23 European Championships in Bergen.
Representing Germany on an international stage has always been my dream and meant the world to me!
That’s why it breaks my heart that exactly at the most important competition of my life, I had to battle foot pain. Again.
Especially in my strongest events, high jump and long jump, the pain held me back from showing what I’m truly capable of—what I’ve trained so hard for.
Probably the toughest competition so far.
I need some time to process all of this.
I’m proud that I fought until the end and finished the heptathlon, even though there were moments when I didn’t know if I could.
It wasn’t the result I had dreamed of, but I’m going home as the 17th in Europe✨
Now it’s time to heal, recover—and come back stronger❣️
