Instead of making a spreadsheet of goals and creating an action plan to achieve them, I rested, fasted and prayed and told God I trusted in His vision more than my desire to achieve certain goals. And He has truly blown my mind 🥹
Yesterday, I had the privilege of speaking on a panel with some amazing women about how we navigate life being mompreneurs. I proposed this topic so it was very special for me to be able to speak on something that I grow through every day. And the cherry on top was that my daughter was sitting front and center and was able to see what happens when you unapologetically go after your dreams 🥹
All of that to say, we should always pray first and plan later. We may be asking God for a flower when He really intends to give us the whole garden 🌸💐💐🌺🌹 Sometimes we have to let go of what we think we want to make room for what God knows we need!
