After saying “check on your people” myself, and then seeing it posted so many times, it made me think, “what more could I have done?” … and then that made me think, well what about that people that were his in his life everyday, not just in the gym or online… friends, family, and loved ones. It sounds like we are telling them they didn’t do enough and I just don’t think that’s true. He was very loved. Some people just hurt on a level they feel no one can relate with.. Sometimes it feels like it makes more sense to just give up vs fighting through life just for it to one day end anyways. You never know what someone is dealing with, but maybe if we focus inward and make it more normal to be open about our feelings (MEN TO MEN ESPECIALLY), maybe next time someone is hurting they can think back on one of those conversations and realize it’s safe to open up.

😂 Inside joke there, I’m so pumped on this girl. Finished just outside the top 10, and we knew coming in we need more size and just wanted to keep prepping after her overall win to get to a better conditioning mark. I’d say mission accomplished! We are both so happy and super proud with the package she brought! Time for a solid offseason and some quality growth. In due time, we’ll be back!
