В скільки місців починали ви? З чого?

Почали ми вводити прикорм з 6 місяців. Розклад введення нових продуктів трішки затягнувся, оскільки ми періодами хворіли ( коли дитина хворіє, введенням продуктів бажано припинити).
І так з чого і як ми починали:

✔цвітна капуста

✔каші Хіп(починали з гречаної)
Починали ми з пів чайної ложки. Дивились на реакцію. Прикорм був в 11.00 (коли вона прокидалась вона пила грудне молоко, а через 2г прикорм). Один продукт три дні, потім інший. Потім збільшували порції і комбінували.
