The workflow feels immediate and inspiring thanks to the super intuitive interface and the huge amount of customization options, making it really easy to shape the sound and create something unique and creative.
For this arrangement I also combined CHOOIR with PERRC and DRUMS from Hans Zimmer’s Symphonic Elements series, and the result was absolutely massive. 🤯

Saying this project means a lot to me is an understatement. Scoring a silent film was a completely new challenge that pushed me beyond every limit, forcing me to create a voice where there is only silence. This is a craft where results often arrive slowly—if they arrive at all—and you only see the fruits of your labor in the long run. It requires an incredible amount of resilience to keep pushing forward when the path isn’t clear.
Working outside of my home country, Italy, wasn’t a calculated move and it’s not easy.
I’ve been lucky enough to find wonderful, talented people who truly understand what respect for this work means, and that makes it impossible for me to choose any other path. I simply love cinema, and this is what I want to do. I’m so grateful to the entire team, the amazing cast, and especially to the director, for this beautiful journey.
The final ceremony will take place on June 7th at The Logan Theatre in Chicago, where I’ll be attending the live Crown Awards to find out the winners.
Also, the official soundtrack for “Sleeping in Silence” will be available on all digital platforms next week, on May 15th 🔥
