I worked hard to transform my body naturally losing 100lbs & maintaining it off. I was consistent for years and once I got to my goal weight I found a surgeon who I trusted. My surgeon understood my vision: keep it natural and honor the work I already put in. I was scared of judgment, but I chose myself anyway. Now I’m ending the year and Entering 2026 more confident, aligned, and ready for my highest self.

With God’s guidance, I’ve embraced each role passionately. My journey of shedding 100lbs naturally stands as a profound testament to my discipline, consistency, & dedication. It took me 2 1/2 years to achieve my goal, starting at 270lbs.
Having maintained my weight at 170lbs, the Cynscity Challenge was born in April 2023.
Fast forward to Feb 2024, I’ve already guided 88 women in kickstarting their weight loss journey. Some have lost up to 20+lbs in just 45 days through my online accountability program.
