2025年は、来年の自分のための課題を見つける1年だったと感じています。
2024年は、自分の強みを最大限に活かせる環境で、支えてくれる仲間と共に全力で走り抜け達成感に溢れる年末を迎えることができました。
そして今年、本部のトレーナーチームという新しいステージで、成長のチャンスをいただき、
「私にしかできないことは何か」を問いながらトレーナー業務にあたる中で迷いや失敗、落ち込むことがたくさんありました。
私情と仕事を切り離し、笑顔でいることの難しさを、初めて実感し、自分の弱さも知りました。
それでも、多くを語らず静かに引き上げ、支えてくださった皆さまには、感謝の気持ちしかありません。
こんなにも素敵なチームの一員として働けていることを、心から幸せに思います。
この1年で学んだことを、来年はしっかりと「形」にしていきます。
また、私事ではございますが、
今年の夏に結婚をし、榎本から臼井に変わりました。
嬉しいことも辛いことも、一緒に喜び悲しんでくれる旦那さんと、実の娘のように可愛がってくれる優しいお父さんとお母さん、ばば、そして3匹のわんこ達に囲まれ、毎日賑やかに暮らしています。
仕事もプライベートも、支えられて今の自分があることに感謝しながら、来年も一歩ずつ前に進んでいきます。
