They come in two scales currently, 1/28 diecast, 1/28 RC, and 1/43 — with these being the 1/28 diecast versions.
They feature metal bodies, full movie tampos, rubber tires, and coolest of all, adjustable camber to give these cars an unmistakable Small Block stance.
The first three cars in the 1/28th scale are the original Fast Supra, ‘70 Charger, and the 2F2F R34 GTR.
I found these at Wal-Mart for $9.99 each, but I think they can be found at other stores or online as well.
