A couple of years ago (pre-COVID, by like, a month) I attended KBIS (Kitchen and Bath Industry Show) with a very special group of designers (CUE the #Designhounds 🐾 ). One of the long-time Sponsors is (who we literally, LOVE - Can I get an AMEN from my Designhounds 🙌🏻 for 🤍).
With an immersive deep dive into the TRUE benefits steam has on our mental and physical health and wellbeing, we discussed (in detail) why adding a STEAM shower to your remodel wish list can change your life.
Personally, I can add, that it HAS changed my life. Designing a daily steam ritual to our family's routine has reduced anxiety, medicinal reliance, stress levels, water usage, and allergy symptoms, while increasing circulation and respiratory ease, and so much more; and it's a perfectly lovely and luxurious experience to relax in a steam shower at home.
