84歲的婆婆看起來身體健朗、一身乾淨樸素舒適的穿著，很親切開朗的跟我聊天，還跟波的起玩
她說她以前是護士，護士退休之後又在某政府單位
用契約社員的身分一直工作到仙台發生海嘯的那一年才退休
算了一下，她應該是快70歲的時候才沒有工作
她說那時候想說反正錢也有了，年紀也不小了，就乾脆退休不工作好了
很多人都很想要中彩劵一夜致富
但這個世界上很多財富自由的人，是靠自律的存錢生活
有規劃的持續穩定投資
ㄧ點一點像雪球一樣，靠時間把財富累積起來的
就像這個婆婆一樣
她說有錢很重要，因為有錢孫子們都會很喜歡來找她😅😆
我問她退休後過著什麼樣的生活呢？
她說她去修了一個碩士學位，還說修學分不便宜呢！

健身房之後：炒2個蛋+小豆腐一盒+青菜🥬幾顆小蕃茄
晚餐：照片這個直腸（好吃😋）加青菜跟一顆馬鈴薯一起炒
整天沒有餓到、睡前的一點點餓還可以忍一下
隔天起來瘦1.5公斤😍
