🍂✨ Butternut farcie aux lardons et chèvre fondant ✨🍂
Un plat réconfortant, parfait pour l’automne 😍
Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes):
2 courges butternut
200 g de lardons fumés
200 g de chèvre frais
200 g de chèvre frais
20 cl de crème fraîche
2 gousses d’ail
Quelques branches de thym
Sel, poivre
Un filet d’huile d’olive
Préparation:
1️⃣ Préchauffe ton four à 200°C. Coupe les butternuts en deux dans la longueur, retire les graines.
2️⃣ Arrose d’un filet d’huile d’olive, sale et poivre. Enfourne 40 min, chair vers le haut.
3️⃣ Fais revenir les lardons et les oignons dans une poêle.
4️⃣ Dans un bol, mélange la crème, l’ail haché, un peu de thym et la moitié du chèvre.
5️⃣ Une fois les butternuts cuites, gratte légèrement la chair à la fourchette pour l’attendrir, puis garnis avec la préparation. Ajoute les lardons et le reste du chèvre en morceaux.
6️⃣ Remets au four 10-15 min pour gratiner.
7️⃣ Sers bien chaud, parsemé de thym frais. 🌿
