There are two different products that both call themselves influencer platforms and they cover different parts of the job. Discovery and analytics tools help you find creators, read their real audience and engagement and walk into a negotiation knowing what a fair rate looks like. The talking still happens directly between you and the creator.

End-to-end marketplaces go further and host the messaging, the agreement and the payment inside the product. That is convenient but the creator pool is whoever has signed up to that marketplace rather than the open universe of creators.
