Can platforms track a creator's opt-in history?

Keep your own consent record whatever the tool offers. If a question ever arises you need to produce what the creator agreed to and when, and pointing at a vendor dashboard you no longer subscribe to is not an answer.

Re-confirm per campaign rather than leaning on a historic opt-in. A yes to receiving product is not a yes to appearing in a paid advert, and treating one as the other is the mistake that produces an angry message six months later.

Opt-in history is specific to platforms that run an opt-in marketplace and log who joined which program.
