    1. Campaign Goals: What do you hope to achieve with this campaign? Goals could be increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, increasing sales, or growing a social media following.

    2. Target Audience: Detailed information about who you’re aiming to reach, their demographics, interests, and behaviours.

    A comprehensive campaign brief covers: campaign objective and success metrics, target audience profile, key messages and mandatory inclusions, prohibited content and competitor exclusions, deliverable specifications (format, length, platform, quantity), timeline and approval process, compensation terms, and disclosure requirements. Any brief missing more than two of these will generate avoidable back-and-forth during execution.

    The brief should also include the influencer’s verified engagement benchmark so both parties share the same performance baseline.
